weak air conditioning stale buffet
The air conditioning was rather weak. it barely cooled the room, and i fiddled with the settings a lot. It didn't help. the buffet breakfast was a letdown too, some items seemed stale. the orange juice tasted watered down. I suspect it was from concentrate? twice.

fantastic service decent size
the room was clean and of a decent size. the member of staff dedicated to the pool area provided fantastic service and ensured towels were available. i had a great time there.

inadequate air conditioning insufficient water pressure
the breakfast was acceptable. there was a decent variety of pastries and fruit.
the air conditioning in my room did not function adequately (i found this out the hard way). the room became uncomfortably warm, especially during the day. despite reporting this issue to the front desk, no effective solution was provided. also, the bathroom lacked sufficient water pressure in the shower. this.
